I live two hours from Yosemite and visit there often. My sister-in-law and I have always wanted to climb Half Dome, so finally for my 60th birthday we did it! It took us all day to get to the top, many people passed us on the trail going up and then again coming back down. The climb up the cables and the view from the top is an experience I'll always treasure. Needless to say it got dark as we started back down so we had to spend a very cold night at Little Yosemite Valley. I love Yosemite!
