6 friends took a midnight trek into the Sierra Nevada mountains late one April night in search of the Benson Hut (and snow to skin along during a low-snow year); situated between Squaw Valley and Sugar Bowl ski resort. After a brutal traverse along the windy ridge-line, they arrived just in time for a sunrise drink. After a few hours a sleep, the group explored the nearby landscape, enjoying the beauty of the Sierra's! Cheers!
