This photo was taken on our annual Memorial Weekend trip to the BWCA. We were waiting for a calm day to make our day trip up to Basswood falls and to circle around US Point. We finally got the perfect calm and headed out. We couldn't have asked for a better day of weather. The next day we left, we got caught in a wind and rain storm that had gusts up to 40 mph.
