After a cold night of camping in Flamingo, I captured this sunrise before heading out for a morning run. There are so many birds in this southern Florida haven, and it is unreal to think that this is only a fraction of the bird population there was only a few decades ago. Thank goodness for places like national parks that work towards preserving and restoring our nation's beauty.
