This is Cloud's son Mato Ska (BLM name Mica). As a yearling he is too young to leave his natal band. However, he is starting to be more watchful of the bands around him. He also spent several minutes playing with a yearling in a near by band. In a year or two Mato Ska will join the ranks of the footloose bachelors.
