Our tour informed us that Mt. McKinley was on our itinerary, but don't expect to actually see it, as it was usually shrouded in clouds. They estimated that only 10-20% of park visitors see it, and then only partially. So when Mt. McKinley first came into view from a great distance we were told to enjoy it then, because by the time we reached the best viewing area the weather might change. It did... for the better. Mt. McKinley presented itself to us in all its glory on a gorgeous sunny day.
