We were hiking the Skyline Trail. There was a cloud cover overhead. The clouds parted, and revealed a glimpse of the Nisqually glacier shining through the clouds. Moments later the opening closed, the clouds lowered, and we were in fog for the rest of the trip. This was a loop trail above Paradise Lodge. The elevation was about 7000 feet. Two people are silhouetted on the ridge, but this can only be seen when the photo is enlarged.
